Good idea: learn a bunch of academic stuff

Bad Idea: Learning a bunch of academic stuff and using the knowledge to create a disease that kills everyone including you.

Good idea: prepare for the zombie/disease/alien/demon/nuclear/whatever apocalypse.

Bad idea: Participate in the zombie/disease/alien/demon/nuclear/whatever apocalypse...well some people might think it a good idea, but it's bad, definitely bad.

Good idea: Try to get people to stop over-using dangerous drugs like alcohol.

Bad idea: Modify addictions to be instoppable.

Good idea: Respond to the previous person's good idea and give your own.

Bad Idea: Instead of giving your own good idea, steal someone else's.

Good idea: Get an even-numbered post in this thread.

Bad Idea: Make post numbers go backwards.

Good idea: Know what time it is.

Request: Whoever reads this, please post a good idea to go with your bad idea. It's very annoying being the only one posting good ideas.

Bad Idea: Remove Tax Writs from WoL's programming.

• Rep is currently a fairly useful predictor of how experienced and well-defended a potential target in WoL is. That idea would make rep nearly pointless. Imagine how much rep the inactives would have....

Good idea: Earn the rep yourself.

Bad idea: Blow up the world.

Good Idea: Make the world immune to all firearms.

Bad Idea: Make firearms legal everywhere.

(If you want to god 1 per person, just Ignore my bad Idea and start from bad)

Good idea: Make firearms legal everywhere except in well-controlled and well-guarded areas like jails and courthouses. Then make sure the public is educated about their proper use and storage to avoid accidents while keeping the criminals afraid that their victims are as well-armed as they are.

Bad idea: Disincentivize wealth production by taxing it.

(It should still be 2 per person because each one is really just half of a bad/good pair and I want each post to contribute enough to inspire the next.)

Good Idea: Stop tax for 30 years.

Bad Idea: Kill all taxpayers.
